What you will do

• Oversee internal electrical and mechanical systems of the MAXIMO robotic equipment.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot robotic electrical components, controls, and power systems.
• Lead the execution of preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure fleet reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and equipment downtime.
• Train field mechanics and technicians on safe operation and electrical awareness.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to provide feedback and optimize robot performance.

Requirements

• Experience working with electrically powered equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in field or industrial environments.
• Ability to perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work in outdoor construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly between job sites.
• Strict compliance with all site safety and PPE requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented, "can-do" attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment.

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
