What you will do

• Develop and deploy advanced predictive models into cloud-based real-time transaction processing systems.
• Manage data quality throughout acquisition, collection, normalization, and transformation stages.
• Research and implement appropriate statistical methods and computational algorithms.
• Lead cross-functional teams in building high-end analytic models under tight deadlines.
• Validate model performance in production and resolve complex behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with clients to investigate problems and support pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related natural science fields.
• Significant hands-on experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in scripting (Perl, Bash) and at least two languages from Java, Python, C++, or C.
• Deep knowledge of ML techniques such as neural networks, random forests, SVM, or non-linear optimization.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA.
