What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from requirement gathering and ETL to advanced analysis and impact delivery.
• Develop predictive models and conduct complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing.
• Translate complex business needs into a roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Design and develop dashboards for effective data visualization and business communication.
• Present data-driven stories and insights to senior leadership to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or product analytics, preferably within the fintech industry.
• BS or MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in causal inference techniques such as propensity score matching and difference-in-differences.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Plotly Dash.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
