Salary: 142,800.00 - 193,200.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and deploy state-of-the-art recommendation models using hirify.global’s large-scale computing resources.
• Research customer behavior and design models to help customers discover content.
• Deploy models to production alongside software and data engineers.
• Participate in the hirify.global ML community and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, and high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
