Senior Implementation Manager (Fintech): Leading complex client onboarding for financial institutions to mitigate identity risk and fraud with an accent on consultative project management and cross-functional orchestration. Location: Hybrid (NYC) or Remote (USA). Local employees are expected in the Manhattan office Tue-Thu; remote employees visit once a quarter.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + variable compensation

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end client implementations (4-12 month cycles) for enterprise banks and fintechs.
- Build tailored project plans and align stakeholders on timelines, milestones, and risks.
- Lead client-facing touchpoints and maintain high executive presence with senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Solutions Architects to translate client use cases into best-practice technical implementations.
- Orchestrate internal workstreams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to internal and client-facing documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years in implementation management, technical project management, or professional services.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-cycle enterprise customer engagements.
- Strong executive presence and ability to drive consultative discussions.
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology (understanding technical flows and APIs).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services software.
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical implementation concepts.
- Experience with project management tools like Rocketlane, Jira, or Salesforce.
