Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + variable compensation

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client implementations (4-12 month cycles) for enterprise banks and fintechs.
• Build tailored project plans and align stakeholders on timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Lead client-facing touchpoints and maintain high executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to translate client use cases into best-practice technical implementations.
• Orchestrate internal workstreams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to internal and client-facing documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation management, technical project management, or professional services.
• Proven track record of leading complex, long-cycle enterprise customer engagements.
• Strong executive presence and ability to drive consultative discussions.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology (understanding technical flows and APIs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services software.
• Familiarity with API integrations and technical implementation concepts.
• Experience with project management tools like Rocketlane, Jira, or Salesforce.
