What you will do

  • Architect and execute price optimization models blending price elasticity and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead PLG and self-service monetization strategies in collaboration with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Design, optimize, and scale advanced pricing analytics dashboards using Tableau or Looker.
  • Analyze complex datasets regarding customer behavior and product usage to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic bridge across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance for flawless execution of pricing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specifically in consumption-based pricing for IaaS, PaaS, or PLG ecosystems.
  • Hands-on mastery of complex financial modeling and monetization frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience building analytics dashboards in Tableau or Looker to drive revenue decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

  • Experience designing platform-level pricing strategies for developer-focused B2C/PLG ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with global pricing dynamics, including multi-currency strategies and regional regulatory constraints.
  • MBA, consulting experience, or an advanced degree in a highly quantitative discipline.
