Strategic Operations Manager (Legal Tech)

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze operational data, investigate trends, and answer critical business questions.
• Generate insights and ensure analysis is translated into measurable action.
• Build and maintain dashboards that communicate operational performance clearly.
• Lead complex operational projects from conception through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Design and roll out process improvements and new workflows, presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of combined analytics and project management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, bank, or consulting firm.
• Advanced data manipulation and visualization skills using Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern business intelligence tools such as Looker.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical follow-through, and ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Python, R, machine learning concepts, legal technology, professional services, or complex service-based operations.
