TL;DR
Director, Product Strategy and Operations: Driving product org strategy and operating cadence across R&D and go-to-market with an accent on OKR-setting, cross-functional execution, and decision-making clarity. Focus on translating CPO direction into measurable outcomes, resolving complex organizational bottlenecks, and (optionally) leading Technical Program Management to run the business effectively.
Location: San Francisco
Salary: $235,000–$363,000 annual base compensation (total compensation and benefits depend on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geography, and internal equity)

What you will do
- Own the product org operating rhythm: planning cycles, OKR-setting, business reviews, and cross-functional cadences.
- Ensure clear outcomes, unambiguous ownership, and shared quarterly understanding across teams.
- Identify blockers, drive resolution of unclear accountability, and push the hardest cross-functional problems to completion.
- Translate strategy into action by framing tradeoffs, building plans, and preparing the CPO for leadership and board moments.
- Champion an outcomes-driven culture and lead the OKR process end-to-end, including metric selection and progress accountability.
- Optionally lead Technical Program Management and define what TPM teams must produce to deliver the required business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company.
- Direct experience owning or deeply influencing business rhythm (planning, OKRs, business reviews, cross-functional alignment).
- Proven track record of helping complex organizations move faster with greater clarity.
- Strong strategic instincts to go from problem definition to actionable plans quickly.
- Ability to influence without authority across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
