What you will do

• Lead and delegate tasks to install crews, subcontractors, and union trades on large-scale projects.
• Perform physical installation of displays, projectors, loudspeakers, and equipment racks.
• Execute complex cabling terminations and fiber optic handling according to company standards.
• Verify all work complies with QC standards and oversee field operations in the absence of a superintendent.
• Manage on-site materials, toolkits, and company vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication.

Requirements

• Must live in the Nashville, TN area
• 5+ years of experience as an installation technician or related industry experience.
• AVIXA CTS Certification required
• OSHA 30 Certificate required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds and work in construction site conditions.
