What you will do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment issues.
• Respond to technical support calls promptly and log all support activity in the technician tracking system (e.g., FIIX).
• Install electrical wiring and controls; install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware related to production equipment.
• Relocate production equipment and support installation of new equipment as required.
• Track parts usage and provide input to management and the Inventory Analyst on suggested inventory levels.
• Maintain compliance with maintenance records and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and EPA requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational education preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a production environment with knowledge of equipment repair.
• Proven proficiency operating and repairing high-speed production equipment.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to take direction and work effectively under time constraints.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift and lift/carry/move 25+ lbs.
