What you will do

• Develop complete electrical design packages for low and medium voltage switchgear according to customer specifications and codes.
• Perform CAD activities, including drawing updates, schematic revisions, and redlines.
• Create and maintain accurate part descriptions and records within the Infor/WorkNet ERP systems.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of engineering documentation and reference materials.
• Coordinate directly with production, wiring, and assembly teams on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Technology Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related technical field.
• Experience producing electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams for power distribution equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
• Working knowledge of UL standards, NEC, and CEC.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a custom switchgear, MCC, or power distribution manufacturing environment.
