What you will do

• Own the end-to-end self-serve experience, managing the user journey from first visit through activation, retention, and expansion.
• Analyze usage patterns of successful Pro customers to identify behaviors that correlate with long-term retention.
• Optimize onboarding, setup, and experimentation workflows to significantly reduce time-to-value.
• Build systems and instrumentation to help users discover new capabilities and drive product adoption.
• Develop funnels and run experiments to understand user behavior and drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to align acquisition and conversion experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, SaaS, or AI products.
• Proven experience owning growth, onboarding, activation, or monetization strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions from imperfect information.
• Deep empathy for developers and technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building products specifically for AI developers.
• Background in pricing, packaging, and monetization.
• Engineering background or familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and open source communities.
• Experience building growth loops and referral systems.
• Startup experience in a high-growth environment.
