What you will do

• Provide strategic communications counsel to companies preparing for and completing their IPOs.
• Build and maintain relationships with business media reporters, producers, and editors to secure coverage.
• Coordinate listing day activations and media moments in partnership with broadcast and social media teams.
• Develop briefing books, talking points, and executive prep materials for public appearances.
• Draft pitch materials and narrative content tailored to client needs and market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of communications experience, with a strong preference for agency background.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent writing skills across press materials, talking points, and executive communications.
• Established relationships with business/financial media and working knowledge of capital markets and the IPO process.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with listing structures like traditional IPOs, direct listings, and SPACs.
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-visibility, client-facing settings.
• Experience collaborating with global teams in a matrixed environment.
