What you will do

• Drive T1 and T2 coverage across business, financial, and crypto media outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and global comms to create high-impact news moments.
• Ideate and execute communications programs to drive earned, owned, and social outcomes.
• Own reactive and proactive media strategy for the U.S. and Americas, managing day-to-day journalist relationships.
• Lead press strategy and drafting for major GTMs, including institutional partnerships and product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency and message discipline across all communications touchpoints.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in PR and communications within financial services, fintech, or technology.
• Proven track record of generating high-volume business and financial press coverage.
• Deep media contacts across business, crypto trade, financial, and broadcast media.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco, USA.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in the crypto industry.
• Previous agency experience.
• Experience with IPOs.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
