What you will do

• Provide project oversight and strategic direction for electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, and onboard new clients.
• Consult with internal teams and clients to analyze technical integration requirements for EDI and API.
• Track and report development and onboarding status to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage product release cycles and coordinate smooth rollouts and client transitions.
• Oversee documentation processes for all product changes and updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of client-facing technical project management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Comprehensive expertise in API standards and protocols with practical experience in API integrations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for communication, data analysis, and documentation.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business standpoint.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, specifically in ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce.
• Master’s degree.
