What you will do
- Provide project oversight and strategic direction for electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, and onboard new clients.
- Consult with internal teams and clients to analyze technical integration requirements for EDI and API.
- Track and report development and onboarding status to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage product release cycles and coordinate smooth rollouts and client transitions.
- Oversee documentation processes for all product changes and updates.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3+ years of client-facing technical project management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comprehensive expertise in API standards and protocols with practical experience in API integrations.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for communication, data analysis, and documentation.
- Experience as an IT Project Manager capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business standpoint.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, specifically in ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce.
- Master’s degree.
