• Write product specifications for engineering and data science teams.
• Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog.
• Analyze the IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Service Operations market to help clarify our competitive position.
• Be the CEO for your product area - end-to-end responsibility from idea to production.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Deliver Product roadmaps for your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record in developing and launching ITSM, AI Ops, and AI-driven enterprise products.
• Experience with AI Ops, monitoring or observability products required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science required (MBA preferred).
• US Citizenship is required.
