What you will do

• Lead and develop an engineering team focusing on design, mechanical engineering, performance, and controls for Jenbacher products.
• Manage resource planning, define work packages, and analyze skill gaps to ensure business needs are met.
• Oversee system and technology development projects, ensuring commitments are met through technical leadership.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical consultation for business-critical activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement to remove roadblocks and align goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Proven professional experience in combustion engine development and new product development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and managing engineering teams.
• Expertise in design, analysis, validation, and project management.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
