What you will do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to 5S standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations to ensure CGMP compliance.
• Perform line changeovers, manage tooling, and execute basic maintenance tasks.
• Participate in root cause problem solving and continuous improvement events.
• Collect and report hourly data for quality and OEE metrics.
• Facilitate safety training and actively participate in incident investigations.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, formulas, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to organize work and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
