Compensation: CA$40 – CA$55 per hour

What you will do

• Develop graphic assets for articles, resources, banners, PDFs, and podcast cover art.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to turn briefs and feedback into polished designs.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity using existing systems and templates.
• Create new scalable templates to improve team workflow efficiency.
• Utilize AI design tools to explore variations and elevate visual output.
• Communicate proactively with distributed teams via Slack and email.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience working with established brand systems and templates.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor managing own time and workflow.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Claude Design.
• Background in B2B SaaS or content marketing design.
• Motion design skills using After Effects.
• Experience designing slide decks in Google Slides.
