What you will do

• Design performance-driven creatives for Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and programmatic channels.
• Create ASO assets including screenshots, icons, and feature graphics to maximize install conversion.
• Develop email banners, push visuals, and on-brand offline materials.
• Iterate creative variants for A/B testing based on CTR, CVR, and CAC results.
• Maintain scalable Figma component libraries and templates using auto-layout.
• Produce basic motion graphics and leverage AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly to expand output.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, media, or performance design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, specifically with components and auto-layout.
• Hands-on experience with performance creatives and CAC-driven design.
• Knowledge of key ad formats and channels (Meta, TikTok, programmatic, Taboola).
• Basic motion design skills using After Effects or Figma Motion.
• Native Russian or Belarusian language proficiency and working English.

Nice to have

• Experience in agencies, marketplaces, e-commerce, subscription apps, or mobile gaming UA.
