TL;DR

Designer (Graphic Design): Creating visual assets across digital, print, and experiential platforms with an accent on brand identity and creative storytelling. Location: Must be based in Mexico City (CDMX). Hybrid work model.

Salary: MXN $700,000–$800,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Design creative assets for digital, print, experiential, and social platforms.
• Develop visual concepts for campaigns and branded content from layout to final production.
• Apply strong typography, color, and composition skills to ensure brand consistency.
• Partner with creative directors, strategists, and producers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support new business efforts through pitch materials and presentation design.
• Organize and maintain project files according to studio best practices.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Mexico City (CDMX).
• 2–4 years of professional design experience in an agency or studio environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals across digital, print, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• 3D design experience.
