What you will do

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (static and motion).
• Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, and conversion-focused visuals.
• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, or Runway for visual ideation and production.
• Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams.
• Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all hirify.global brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• Must be based in Indonesia.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual clarity, execution, and storytelling.
• Ability to work remotely and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience creating short-form ads or commercial creative assets.
• Exposure to startup, tech, or performance marketing environments.
• Basic sound editing or simple VFX skills.
• Familiarity with templates, visual systems, and brand libraries.
