What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems to transform internal company operations.
• Partner with stakeholders in revenue, product, engineering, and finance to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end systems from initial scoping and architecture through to implementation and deployment.
• Utilize AI APIs and platforms including Anthropic/Claude and AWS Bedrock to build intelligent tooling.
• Integrate AI solutions into a heterogeneous environment involving AWS infrastructure and Salesforce.
• Help shape the overall technical strategy and standards for the AI Solutions function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python as the primary development language.
• Strong experience designing APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Fluency with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready applications with LLM APIs or agent frameworks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Boston.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale workflow orchestration or automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Background in search, recommendations, data science, or ML engineering.
