• Coordinate with finance leaders to identify operational pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult internal business groups on process improvement projects to enhance overall business results.
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Evaluate and implement cost-effective tools and technologies to meet business needs.
• Develop sustainable technical processes and training curriculums to upskill business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, including knowledge of financial controls.
• Expertise in Snowflake, specifically advanced data modeling and query optimization.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or Dataiku.
• Must be based in Nashville, TN; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
