What you will do

• Identify, map, and prioritize process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organization.
• Redesign workflows using AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Build and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
• Quantify productivity gains and business impact from AI initiatives.
• Enhance executive dashboards through automation and AI-driven insights.
• Partner with technology, data, risk, and compliance teams to define AI usage standards and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3–8 years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or automation-focused roles.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or redesign business processes.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and systems thinking.
• Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
