What you will do

• Automate repetitive operational workflows, including CES reporting, QA transcript analysis, and SOP-driven case workflows, across Slack and Salesforce.
• Develop monitoring systems to flag stalled handoffs, aged cases, SLA breach risks, and duplicate cases.
• Create self-serve business intelligence tools for leaders to track site health, volume, and escalation patterns.
• Build a comprehensive memory architecture for bots that integrates staffing, feedback, and transcripts.
• Connect and deploy orchestration layers (MCP, custom connectors) to productize internal tools.
• Partner with data teams to build structured data layers ensuring AI output trustworthiness.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
• Experience building AI automation for operational workflows and agentic systems.
• Ability to measure operational reliability and design human-in-the-loop escalation patterns.
• Experience deploying orchestration layers to automate business workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or CX tools like DevRev and Cresta.
• Background in data modeling or analytics using dbt, Redshift, or Trino.
• Experience building internal tools for non-technical end users.
