Location: Hybrid (Salt Lake City, UT). On-site expectations of 2-3 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside the office areas.

Salary: $115,600 - $144,500 USD (Tier 3 - Salt Lake City)

What you will do

• Own the AI initiative roadmap for revenue teams, measuring success by pipeline generation, efficiency, and retention outcomes.
• Deploy AI-powered workflows, automation agents, and outbound prospecting systems to reduce manual lift for Sales and Partner Success.
• Manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) infrastructure and AI agent tooling across the GTM organization.
• Integrate and maintain the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, and Outreach.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure revenue data is clean and AI-ready.
• Develop a shared library of AI prompts, skills, and plugins using Claude Code and Codex.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems within high-growth SaaS or FinTech.
• Hands-on experience shipping production AI workflows or agents in a live B2B revenue environment.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency with Claude Code or Codex for prompt design and agentic task orchestration.
• Experience configuring MCP infrastructure and integrating AI agent frameworks.
• Strong command of APIs, system integrations, and data governance principles.
