What you will do

• Configure, test, and maintain AI agents such as Coupa Navi to automate invoice processing, payment batch creation, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot AI agent performance to ensure rules and schedules align with business requirements and payment policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new agentic AI opportunities within the procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
• Oversee vendor accounts, maintain accurate W9s and banking details, and support yearly 1099 tax filings.
• Process invoices and execute weekly payment runs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of supplier payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
• Proficiency with Macintosh computers, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and P2P systems such as Sage X3, Coupa, or Ramp is strongly preferred.
• Strong aptitude for configuring and managing agentic AI tools and rule-based automated systems.
