What you will do

• Produce creative assets for campaigns, landing pages, social media, events, and sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain the brand design system to ensure consistency and usability.
• Define the visual identity, personality, and expressions of the mascot for the AI product Bizy.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, marketing team, and product designers to translate narratives into visual stories.
• Empower team members to create on-brand materials for various channels.
• Experiment with and integrate AI-assisted creative tools into the design workflow.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Experience working within brand systems and a background in scrappy, startup environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Interest or experience in character design and illustration systems.
