What you will do
- Craft the direction and expression of 's brand design across all channels.
- Design high-impact assets for digital marketing, field events, product marketing, and high-stakes presentations.
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, and Sales teams to align visual storytelling.
- Evolve and maintain the visual identity system while ensuring high brand fidelity.
- Champion an AI-first design mindset by implementing generative AI tools for image and video.
- Manage and brief external creative agencies to ensure outputs meet in-house standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphic or brand design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft in brand, campaign, and digital channels (events, social media, displays).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC suite, and design systems (typography, color, layout, grids).
- English: Native or bilingual proficiency (C2).
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with storyboarding and motion design.
