What you will do

• Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across various platforms.
• Evolve and strengthen hirify.global’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams.
• Design for diverse audiences.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production.
• Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals.
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX.
• Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries.
