What you will do

• Lead creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
• Evolve and strengthen hirify.global’s brand identity ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work
• Design for diverse audiences including consumers, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines and visual standards
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Indonesia to work remotely
• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
• Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
