What you will do

• Own a portfolio of 20+ concurrent construction/infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline targets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external industrial clients, building high-trust relationships for clear decision-making.
• Manage portfolio financial health by tracking budget burn rates, forecasting capital expenditures, and ensuring ROI delivery.
• Facilitate large-scale construction coordination meetings to keep technical and operational teams aligned and accountable.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to material procurement, site conditions, and scheduling bottlenecks.
• Develop and standardize project management best practices across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success managing a high volume of concurrent projects (20+).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including translating complex schedules into executive-ready updates.
• Strong organizational rigor to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage resources across multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand permit/zoning requirements.
