What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of 20+ concurrent industrial construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, capital expenditure forecasts, and return on investment.
• Coordinate internal engineering and operations teams with external industrial clients.
• Facilitate large-scale construction coordination meetings and maintain accountability across technical and operational teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material procurement, site conditions, and scheduling bottlenecks.
• Develop and standardize project management practices across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success managing 20+ concurrent projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical schedules to executive stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and resource-management skills across multiple projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings, understand permit and zoning requirements, and navigate industrial infrastructure delivery.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent professional credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
