What you will do

• Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy and editorial calendar aligned with company goals.
• Create high-quality content across multiple formats, leveraging AI tools to optimize for SEO, GEO, and AEO.
• Collaborate with demand generation, events, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor content performance using KPIs and analytics to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and agency partners while overseeing content operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and available during Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
• 7+ years of experience in content strategy or content marketing, ideally within SaaS or manufacturing technology.
• 3-5 years of experience managing people, including team members and agency partners.
• Deep understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies for search engine and LLM visibility.
• Advanced writing and editing capabilities with a strong portfolio of B2B content.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a Private Equity-backed portfolio company.
• Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, or CAD software.
• Experience with multimedia content creation such as video or interactive tools.
• Master's degree in Marketing or Communications.
