What you will do
- Develop and execute a global SEO content strategy aligned with company positioning across key verticals including retail, automotive, and financial services.
- Brief and develop long-form thought leadership, guides, and pillar pages, ensuring search intent and brand voice alignment.
- Track and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion performance for senior stakeholders.
- Perform regular content audits and prioritize a refresh backlog to maximize SEO impact.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data, in collaboration with the web team.
- Stay ahead of search algorithm changes and LLM-optimized content (LLMO) best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEO content strategy, ideally within B2B or professional services.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings at scale.
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
- Strong writing skills and a solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience briefing and commissioning content from writers, designers, and subject matter experts.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Multilingual or multi-market SEO experience, including hreflang and localization workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation and LLM optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with headless CMS environments and content operations workflows.
- Background in a global consultancy, digital agency, or technology company.
