What you will do

• Provide direct technical support with reports, data entry, and invoicing for engineering teams.
• Act as a liaison between engineers, management, and customers during current and projected projects.
• Assist with quotes, Purchase Orders, and final report completion to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Perform related technical administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
