What you will do

• Support engineering activities including design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics to construct and modify hardware.
• Debug, troubleshoot, calibrate, and test various tools, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct and document statistically based experiments to define process parameters.
• Design and construct basic tooling and fixtures to accomplish unique tasks.
• Analyze data to identify cause-effect relationships and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the use of fabrication tools and ability to fabricate complex hardware.
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted technical theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
