What you will do
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Plan and allocate advertising budgets to meet target KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify and test new audiences and segments to drive qualified lead generation.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4 and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Experience with B2B lead generation and managing monthly budgets of $5,000+.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SaaS, IT, or iGaming projects.
- Experience with Telegram Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Ability to create clear briefs for creative teams.
