What you will do
- Build and maintain long-lasting strategic relationships with key North American off-highway customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing the current portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial, program, and quality management matters.
- Represent the Voice of Customer (VOC) to internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Drive the quotation process and lead contract negotiations with support from the Legal team.
- Track and resolve customer open issues by collaborating with cross-functional internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Senior Sales.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales or engineering environments.
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in team building, coordination, and strategic planning.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily domestic).
