Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 8–12 Onboarding Consultants to ensure properties are guest-ready and owners are successfully activated.
• Manage team pipeline health and CRM hygiene, tracking metrics such as conversion rates and time-to-activation.
• Hire and develop talent through call reviews, skill sessions, and career development 1:1s.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Account Management to refine the onboarding playbook and process efficiency.
• Analyze pipeline forecasts and individual performance data to inform coaching decisions.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed team culture through recognition and regular touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, consultative sales, or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading sales or pipeline-driven teams.
• Proven ability to coach on consultative sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM best practices.
• Ability to analyze pipeline forecasts and performance metrics to drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering direct performance feedback.
• Must be based in an approved US location (no D.C. or Hawaii).
