TL;DR
Onboarding Manager (Hospitality): Leading a team of Onboarding Consultants to welcome new owners and prepare properties for guest-readiness with an accent on pipeline oversight and team performance. Focus on coaching consultative sales techniques, improving conversion rates, and optimizing the onboarding playbook.
Location: Remote (US). Must live in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii)
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 8–12 Onboarding Consultants to ensure properties are guest-ready and owners are successfully activated.
- Manage team pipeline health and CRM hygiene, tracking metrics such as conversion rates and time-to-activation.
- Hire and develop talent through call reviews, skill sessions, and career development 1:1s.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Account Management to refine the onboarding playbook and process efficiency.
- Analyze pipeline forecasts and individual performance data to inform coaching decisions.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed team culture through recognition and regular touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, consultative sales, or customer-facing roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading sales or pipeline-driven teams.
- Proven ability to coach on consultative sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM best practices.
- Ability to analyze pipeline forecasts and performance metrics to drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering direct performance feedback.
- Must be based in an approved US location (no D.C. or Hawaii).
