What you will do

• Translate brand and functional strategies into new store formats, concept stores, and trial initiatives.
• Manage a complex program of concurrent projects, driving scope, budget, business cases, and delivery timelines.
• Act as the central conduit between Marketing, Merchandise, Operations, Property, Finance, and Safety to ensure alignment.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and proof-of-concepts to develop customer-focused and cost-optimized solutions.
• Analyze the financial performance of new formats in partnership with Format Operations.
• Develop Implementation Guidelines and Inclusion Matrices to scale successful trials into brand toolkits.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce, Design, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Proven professional background intersecting design, commercial buying, marketing, and/or retail operations.
• Strong horizontal leadership capability to influence senior executives and external agencies.
• Financial literacy with the ability to build business cases and interrogate retail data.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a retail format development or design strategy role.
• Robust project management experience within structured PMO frameworks.
