Salary: $150,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate Kubernetes clusters running on AWS infrastructure.
• Drive architectural decisions to improve scalability, resiliency, and security of the build and deployment platform.
• Build systems and tooling to increase deployment safety and accelerate release velocity.
• Advance CI/CD capabilities to support frequent and reliable production deployments.
• Partner with application, security, and data teams to embed secure-by-default infrastructure practices.
• Mentor engineers on the Application Infrastructure team and help define the long-term infrastructure roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Backend Software Engineering.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core components.
• Strong knowledge of container networking, including overlay networking, service meshes, and network policies.
• Hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Experience developing services using Java, C#, or Python.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
