Associate Program Operations Manager (Logistics)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Own service performance and experience outcomes, including on-time performance and SLA adherence across a portfolio of sites.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with customers and Operator Partners to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Manage operator compliance and drive service stabilization and operational optimization.
• Maintain accurate account and financial data within HubSpot.
• Monitor site-level KPIs using Looker and automated dashboards to ensure operational visibility.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work in Boston, MA.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, methodical approach.
• Ability to travel to client sites and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot) and data visualization tools (Looker).
• Familiarity with operational frameworks like Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
