Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza, Mexico. Must be available to travel up to 70% of the time.

What you will do
- Translate customer technical and operational needs into practical service and product solutions.
- Support customer visits, site inspections, and technical discussions to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, including cost calculation, pricing strategy, and margin validation.
- Process customer orders in ERP systems and ensure accurate technical and commercial data during execution.
- Follow up on pipeline, quotation status, deliveries, and recurring service opportunities.
- Provide structured feedback from field activities to support improvements in service concepts and lifecycle offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, maintenance, or technical support.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or LN.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

- Experience in the paper industry.
- Portuguese language skills.
