What you will do

• Oversee manufacturing processes including cold/hot metal forming, extruding, and machining.
• Design and optimize tooling for production efficiency.
• Implement new processes and machinery projects.
• Perform SPC analysis and interpret technical drawings to ensure quality standards.
• Apply P-FMEA and problem-solving techniques to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or a related engineering field.
• English: Fluid conversational and writing skills required.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor and/or AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of CNC programming and mechanical properties of materials.
• Experience with core tools, P-FMEA, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
