Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Lead and oversee product transfers and New Product Introduction (NPDI) programs for the Power BU in Reynosa.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans aligned with product roadmaps and NPDI milestones.
• Coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards across hirify.global plants.
• Manage End of Line testing equipment, parameters, scripts, and associated capital expenditures.
• Identify, pilot, and commission advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to support growth and capacity.
• Execute Manufacturing Readiness Checklists and lead manufacturing prototype builds to achieve target lead times.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations Management.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of formalized Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Proven experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
• Strong project management, analytical, and vertical communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• MS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or an MBA.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
