What you will do

• Develop and document requirements for automotive manufacturing systems.
• Manage strategic interfaces to ensure component reuse and consistency.
• Perform root cause analysis and failure diagnostics on production equipment.
• Design tests to identify opportunities for design and process improvements.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and implement mitigation action plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance and process engineering teams to enhance safety and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Siemens).
• Experience with Fanuc robots and vision systems (Keyence, Matrox).
• Must be able to work on-site full-time and change shifts (4x3).
