What you will do

• Execute tactical and long-term strategic sourcing plans, including make-vs-buy and supplier transitions.
• Design supply chain networks based on quality, lead time, and total landed cost to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the identification, selection, and development of suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and competitiveness.
• Negotiate supplier Contracts and Long Term Agreements (LTAs) across the entire product life cycle.
• Collaborate with global supply chain and legal functions to define and flow down contractual requirements.
• Lead Supplier New Product Introduction (NPI) in coordination with Sector Program Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• 5 years of global Supply Chain knowledge and leadership experience.
• Proven experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions for long-term supplier agreements.
• Capability to lead in a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (Domestic/International).

• Advanced (graduate level) degree.
