What you will do

• Lead complex multidisciplinary land development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Provide high-level technical expertise and engineering design support.
• Execute QA/QC plans to maintain the highest quality standards for team deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members to elevate overall technical design capabilities.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on plans and final deliverables.
• Provide project management support on challenging technical assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
