Senior Reliability Engineer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Senior Reliability Engineer (Medtech): Developing and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations for neurovascular endovascular technologies with an accent on risk analysis and statistical process control. Focus on optimizing product reliability, conducting DOE, and ensuring compliance with medical device standards.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite required.

Salary: $107,200 - $160,800

What you will do

• Conduct technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) for engineering design concepts.
• Implement statistical process control procedures and recommend design or test methods to achieve reliability levels.
• Perform comprehensive risk analyses for new designs and processes.
• Analyze performance reports and process control statistics to identify variables affecting product quality.
• Develop reliability engineering programs to meet company, customer, and governmental agency objectives.
• Create mathematical models to identify units or processes posing excessive failure risks.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship not available for this level).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah (minimum 4 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with Neurovascular or other vascular devices.
• Knowledge of end-to-end design control.
• Experience with Class III medical devices.
