Junior QA Engineer

Global language services and technology provider building an internal low-code application platform for enterprise operations.

What you will do

• Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for a drag-and-drop application builder.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to detect issues early in the development cycle.
• Build regression test suites as platform features evolve.
• Contribute to QA processes, documentation, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Help define quality standards and testing infrastructure for the platform.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of QA or software testing experience; internships and project work count.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Experience writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Basic browser developer tools knowledge and familiarity with API testing concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Basic scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong UX awareness and ability to identify edge cases beyond the specification.
